Dear Fellow Shaolin Student,
We invite you to participate in our Shaolin Team Canada Wushu Festival on Saturday, October 25th at 10am.
What makes our tournament so special is the emphasis on friendship through competition.
Whereas many tournaments are fixated on declaring a single 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finisher, we recognize the collective achievement of traditional Shaolin practitioners.
Instead, everyone wins and the colour of the medal is distributed as folllows: Gold Medal for the top 25% participants, Silver Medal for the next 25% participants, and Bronze Medal for the remaining participants.
Indeed, our festival provides a rare opportunity for all Shaolin practitioners to strive and enjoy the arts together as a community. Truly it gives us great way to celebrate and develop our community.
The question is, do you have this Shaolin Spirit?
We hope you will join us and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
The 3rd Shaolin Team Canada Wushu Festival will take place on:
Saturday, October, 2025
The venue is at:
Palmerston Toronto Public Library Theatre
We invite all Traditional Shaolin students to participate!
There are categories for hand taolu forms, weapon taolu forms, and group forms. There will also be categories for beginners, intermediates, and advanced students.
If you would like to watch rather than participate, there is a $5 cash entry fee payable at the door.
