Chinese New Year is an important time for Chinese people. We get together and celebrate with family and friends, and wish each other health and happiness.

He then does a demonstration of a rare ancient Shaolin form called Shaolin Gentle Fist. It's the basis for the Shaolin Tai Chi classes we offer at our schools in-person or online.
